About Wildegrove Property
A Liverpool property company, founded by Patrick Cosgrove to do property properly.
Patrick made his first property investment in 2019 and set up Wildegrove Property in January 2025. Before property, he was a primary school teacher, which still shapes how we work: explain things clearly, keep promises, and take care of people.
Today we manage every kind of residential property for landlords, run refurbishments and conversions through a trusted network of local trades, buy direct from landlords who want to step back, and partner with private investors. We also own and run our own homes in South Liverpool.
