Angel investment in Liverpool property
Put capital to work in Liverpool property for an agreed period and an agreed return, with a hands-on team doing the work.

In short
Angel investment with Wildegrove Property means investing capital with the company for an agreed period, at a return agreed together before you commit. The capital is used across our property activity in Liverpool, including acquisitions, refurbishments and development, and you stay out of the day-to-day. Every arrangement is agreed one to one and set out in writing.
How angel investment with Wildegrove works
- The amount and the term are agreed together, on terms that work for everyone
- Your return, and how and when it's paid, is agreed before you commit
- Capital is used for acquisitions, refurbishments and development in Liverpool
- You receive regular updates and have no management role
- Everything is documented in writing before any money moves
Angel investment or joint venture?
Angel investment is the hands-off route: you don't own property, and your return is agreed up front. A joint venture is different: we partner on a specific, named property, own it together and share in how it performs over the long term.
Some investors start with one and move to the other. We'll talk through both on a call.
See both routes side by side on our investor page.
Why Liverpool, and why us
We invest in Liverpool because we live and work here. Patrick has invested in property in the city since 2019, and we buy, refurbish and run property ourselves, so you can visit the homes your capital helps create. No. 70, bought at auction and fully refurbished, and No. 2 in Aigburth, bought off-market, are two of them.

Questions landlords and investors ask
What returns do you offer?
Returns are agreed individually, depending on the route, the amount and the term. We go through it with you on a call rather than publishing rates.
Is my capital tied to one property?
No. With angel investment your capital is used across our property activity. If you'd prefer to own part of a specific property, a joint venture is the better route.
How involved do I need to be?
Not at all day to day. You receive regular updates.
Can I see the properties?
Yes, and we'd encourage it.
