Guaranteed rent for Liverpool landlords
One fixed payment every month for 3 to 10 years, whether the property is full or empty. Tenants, bills, compliance and general repairs are on us.

In short
A guaranteed rent agreement with Wildegrove Property means we lease your Liverpool or Merseyside property for 3 to 10 years and pay you a fixed rent every month, even when rooms are empty. We find and manage the tenants, cover the bills, keep the property compliant and handle general repairs.
How a guaranteed rent agreement works
- We visit the property and agree a monthly rent with you
- The term is agreed in writing, anywhere from 3 to 10 years
- We pay the same rent every month for the whole term, full or empty
- We find, reference and look after the tenants
- Bills, compliance and general repairs are our responsibility
- At the end of the term the property comes back to you, or we agree to extend
Who it suits
Guaranteed rent suits landlords who value certainty over squeezing out every last pound: people with other careers, landlords who've had enough of voids and late-night call-outs, and anyone planning their finances around a steady income.
If you'd rather keep the full rent and pay for a service, our full management is the better fit. We'll tell you honestly which works for your property.
Properties we take on
Houses, flats and HMOs across Liverpool and Merseyside. A property that needs work isn't a problem: we can refurbish it as part of the agreement through our trusted network of local trades.
