A management company run by landlords
Wildegrove started as a landlord business. We buy, refurbish and let property in Liverpool ourselves, so we know what it costs when a tenancy goes wrong or a certificate lapses. That's why our management is built around preventing problems rather than reacting to them.
We're members of the NRLA, registered with the ICO, and protect deposits with the TDS. Most private rented homes in Liverpool need a licence from the council, and we make sure yours has one and meets its conditions.
